Hi, I’m Joana Donovan, founder of Propel Resume and Career Services. My career has spanned corporate environments, leadership roles, and client-facing positions where communication, positioning, and strategy determined success. Along the way, I discovered something powerful: the way professionals tell their story often matters as much as the experience itself.
I built Propel to create a practical, judgment-free space where professionals can step back, rethink their career direction, and learn how to present themselves with clarity and confidence.
I believe career growth isn’t linear, reinvention is normal, and everyone deserves guidance that feels both strategic and human.
Today, I work with professionals across the United States, from recent graduates entering corporate America to experienced leaders navigating career transitions, promotions, or reinvention.
As a certified résumé writer and career coach, I specialize in translating complex experience into clear professional narratives that resonate with hiring managers and recruiters.
