My Manifesto
A resume is not a list of tasks.
It’s a reflection of how clearly someone understands their own career.
Most job seekers don’t struggle because they lack experience.
They struggle because their story doesn’t align with the roles they’re pursuing.
When that happens, no amount of rewriting fixes the problem.
That’s why strategy comes first.
- Before resumes or LinkedIn profiles, there has to be clarity.
- Clarity about direction.
- Clarity about strengths.
- Clarity about how experience will be interpreted by someone who has never met you.
Hiring decisions aren’t made on perfection.
They’re made on coherence.
My work is collaborative by design.
Career direction cannot be outsourced.
It has to be built, tested, and owned by the person living it.
- Once clarity is in place, the resume becomes obvious.
- Not louder.
- Not longer.
- Just relevant.
